OTPOCKET provides digital SMS verification services. Due to the immediate and consumable nature of our services, most payments are non-refundable once a service has been initiated or completed.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service failure due to technical issues on our end
  • No OTP received within the guaranteed time window
  • Duplicate payments due to system errors
  • Unauthorized transactions on your account

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Technical Service Failures

If our service fails to deliver an OTP within the guaranteed 10-minute window due to technical issues on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. This includes:

  • SIM card unavailability due to system errors
  • Message delivery failures caused by our infrastructure
  • Service outages during your active session
  • Database or system maintenance issues

2.2 No OTP Received

If you do not receive an OTP message within 10 minutes of initiating a session, and this is not due to external factors (app delays, network issues, etc.), you may request a refund.

2.3 Duplicate Payments

If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to system errors, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

3.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • User errors in service selection
  • Successful OTP delivery and session completion
  • App-specific delays or issues not related to our service

3.2 External Factors

We cannot provide refunds for issues caused by:

  • Third-party app delays or technical issues
  • Network connectivity problems on your end
  • Incorrect phone number entry
  • App-specific verification delays

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and transaction details

4.2 Refund Processing Time

5. Voucher and Credit Policy

5.1 Voucher Usage

Vouchers and credits used for payments are generally non-refundable. However, if a service failure occurs when using vouchers, we may issue replacement vouchers or credits at our discretion.

5.2 Credit Expiration

Any credits or vouchers issued as refunds may have expiration dates. Please use them within the specified timeframe.

Refund processing fees charged by payment providers are not covered by OTPOCKET. These fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
