Extra Phone Required
You must have an extra Android phone dedicated to OTPocket. This is crucial for privacy and security.
Important: As much as possible, use an extra phone to avoid privacy concerns. Do not use your primary personal device.
Unused SIM Cards Preferred
Unused SIM cards are strongly preferred. If you use a SIM for personal purposes, you must exclude those apps from OTPocket usage.

App Exclusion Setup
You must configure which apps you use on each SIM. These apps will be excluded from OTPocket usage to protect your privacy.

Ensure your SIMs remain active and online. Remove SIMs only when necessary, and avoid removing them during active OTP sessions.
Maintain Device Online
Keep your Android device connected to the internet and powered on. The app requires a stable connection to function properly.
Exclude Personal Apps
Properly configure app exclusions for each SIM. Any apps you use personally must be excluded to protect your privacy.
Respond to Active Sessions
When a SIM is in use for an active OTP session, do not remove the SIM or turn off the device until the session completes.
Comply with Terms
Follow all agent terms and conditions, maintain ethical practices, and report any issues or concerns promptly.

No, and we strongly recommend against it. You should use an extra Android phone dedicated to OTPocket. This protects your privacy and ensures your personal communications remain separate.
Can I use SIMs I use for personal purposes?
Unused SIMs are strongly preferred. If you must use a personal SIM, you must exclude all apps you use on that SIM. However, we recommend using only unused SIMs to avoid any privacy concerns.
How do I exclude apps?
When you activate a SIM in the Android app, you'll be prompted to select which apps you use on that SIM. These apps will be automatically excluded from OTPocket usage.
When do I get paid?
Earnings go to your pending wallet immediately after a successful session. They are released to your available balance after a cooldown period. You can withdraw funds once they're available.
What happens if a session fails?
Failed sessions earn ₱0. If a session fails due to your SIM going offline or being removed, it may affect your success rate. Repeated failures may result in account review.
Can I disable my SIMs anytime?
Yes, you can enable or disable SIMs anytime through the app. However, you should not remove a SIM during an active OTP session, as this will cause the session to fail.
Is there a minimum number of SIMs required?
No, there's no minimum requirement. You can start with as few as one SIM. However, more SIMs mean more earning potential.
